Hot Chocolate is a low SCL squad composed of the following:

Unlike most operatives who go missing in Cannibal Sector 1, Hot Chocolate have not been slain by Carriens, or by Digger, or by any other nasty.
They have unfortunately become trapped inside an old theatre complex when, in the basement the roof collapsed - sealing them inside and possibly sealing their fate.
The characters don't have long to find them, 2 days at the most in such a large area is not very good odds. But if they don't the will certainly die as the air is becoming stale and food and water is scarce. Then of course there are the Carriens and other Nasties to Worry about, not to mention Digger who haunts this area.
If the characters can manage to rescue Hot Chocolate, a killcopter will pick them up from Lower Downtown.
