There are other planets out there in the World of Progress(tm). Deliverance, for example, is a backwater wilderness planet where technology levels are comparable to mid 20th century earth. Most vehicles are still using internal combustion engines. Occasionally there is a higher level of technology "I see Zeke's went and got one of them new 'fusion' enjins". Drop a bunch of 'urbanised' SLA Ops on a BPN here and watch em squirm.

The population of Deliverance is very anti-social and they don't like 'outsiders'. They are racist and bigoted (Shaktars, wraiths and even Ebons will not be accepted). The world itself is a natural resource world, which is mainly swampland. There are very few cities; mainly just small communities scattered across the surface. The SLA presence is very small - only a few offices in the major habitations. Deliverance, being at the far end of the known universe, receives little in benefit from their contract with SLA Industries and as such holds a large grudge about it. Deliverance is so far away from main trading routes that the only scheduled transports that travel there are the Shaktar Ion-Drive ships.

The Cajuns of Deliverance are a strange breed. They are very xenophobic and do not take kindly to the interference of strangers. They live in family groups and are a self-sufficient lot. They tend to have large family gatherings regularly which could be compared to Clan Gatherings, except that instead of talking, a lot of singing, dancing and drinking is done.

Skill Variations:

All Cajuns have Survival Rank 2 instead of Streetwise and Play Instrument, Dance or Sing Rank 1, instead of Rival Company.

Clan Structure:

None to speak of really, but the older members of the family tend to be obeyed.

Cajuns and Drugs:

Cajuns use drugs very little but drink strong home-brew. The exact recipe is unknown to all but the Cajuns (and they are not telling!) and the end results are similar to taking UV.
