We all know and love the flux gems, however, a recharge time of 24 hours is very long especially when you are in enemy territory and can use all the flux you can get. Now, this little device, which can hold up to two flux gems, sucks ambient flux from the surroundings, lowering the recharge time for the stored flux gems to 12 hours!
Flux condenser: 400 credits.
Picture this: you are in some cannibal sector, have just survived several attacks from hideous creatures and are now hiding next to the body of that last Carrien you killed. You and your Deathsuit are both in a bad shape and you are low on flux. Who do you heal, yourself, the Deathsuit or both a little? With this innovative piece of Science Friction, you don’t have to make that choice. The Cannibalizer is a fist sized object that attaches anywhere to your Deathsuit. It contains sealed chambers filled with highly aggressive acids and enzymes. These can be released into any body of organic matter with the help of a stinger-tipped feeder filament, which will be dissolved into a nutrient broth in a matter of minutes. The feeder filament will then absorb the broth, healing your suit in the process. After 3 uses, the Cannibalizer needs about 24 hours to make new digestive juices. These can also be bought in a handy Juice Capsule for a quicker re-use time. A Cannibalizer can hold one Juice Capsule. Buy a Cannibalizer now and you get a capsule of digestive juices free!! Cannibalizer: 360 credits. Juice Capsule: 12 credits.
For each point of Phys the absorbed being possesses, the suit can heal 1 ID point. Each use of a juice capsule dissolves 10 Phys worth of organic material (GM’s discretion)
So you cannot wait to become a Necanthrope and have your own Gore Cannon? We know the feeling. Dark Lament now puts a small portion of the Necanthrope’s power into your hands. With the Gore Grenade, you can hurt your opponents as if they had no armour at all. Hurting your enemies has never been so easy!
Gore Grenade: 120 credits per grenade.
Game use: Does 10 points of damage to any in the 4 meters blast radius. This damage cannot be stopped by armour.
Have you ever wondered how cool it would be to be able to graft a scout helmet with all those neat options to your Deathsuit and to be able to use it? We have made the first step towards making this possible. Behold the Lens-gel. This semi-fluidic piece of Science Friction will cover your eyes, bestowing several handy abilities. It protects your eyes from dust, gas and other harmful substances. In the right side of it’s HUD, which is completely compatible with that of the finance chip, there is a display which shows the health of you and your suit, with healthy indicated by green and damaged indicated by varying shades of yellow, orange and red. It sports three filaments, which can connect to any piece of Science Friction, showing these items’ health and activity. For example, how often have you suddenly noticed your pathfinder’s display shifting with forms and light, and wondered how long you had already missed seeing it? Now, the HUD of your Lens-gel will make the Pathfinder flicker blue in the display, indicating activity. Also, using an empathic variant of Reality Overlay, any part of your suit or equipment can be enlarged onto your HUD, for a more detailed study of components, damage etc. Although the suit comes with only 3 of these filaments, more can be bought and attached without problems. Furthermore, the Lens-gel can easily let you shift into the UV and IR spectrum of light, as well as bestowing near-perfect lowlight vision and compensating for high intensity light. A small stickpad on the side of the Lens-gel was added to easily hold your communicator. Expect to see more modules for our Lens-gel in the future.
Lens-gel: 900 credits. Equipment Filament: 30 credits
