So little is remembered of his past as to make it irrelevant. Fractured memories of another life come to him, a life up in the glittering towers of Mort Central... But they mean nothing... Gemmitt's life began when he woke bleeding and ill on the outskirts of the City. Amidst rotting piles of refuse and scrap from centuries gone. The first years were hard, he battled Carrien, Mutant and other... Things. Killing and Eating them if he could. Though he dwelt among the few other forgotten people, some barely counting as human, he realised he was far more intelligent, he thought beyond terms of immediate survival. This rendered him all the more alone, for he was not one of them. He came to survive, learnt the skills he would need, rediscovered a few he already had, and slowly, but surely came to control his life. Occasionally he would meet those from in the city, some escaping, some lost, some exploring on assignment. He found that the simple task of guiding these visitors through the desolate landscape he called home paid well in useful supplies and food.
A highly intelligent primitive, Gemmitt is gruff and lacking in tact, he normally sees things in practical terms, values what can be used and ignores the subtleties of those around him. He is deeply isolated, and this leads him to his few moments of introspection. He has a small and well-hidden collection of novelty items, pictures and toys he's found and traded which have great value to him, even though the pictures are of no one he knows and the items lack function he normally demands.
Appearance: Tall and wiry, Gemmitt is advanced in years but potent and strong. He bears a multitude of scars across his hard-skinned body and wears a mish-mash of clothing and armour with technicians pants full of tools and small gear. Unkempt and somewhat feral, he is easily mistaken for a Scav at a distance. Age: ?, Height: 6'4'', Weight: 190lbs, Hair: Grey, Eyes, Brown, Complexion: Fair.
