To stop players from taking numerous psychoses at level 9 try limiting the total number of ranks across all of the psychoses under ten otherwise they will fail their psyche evaluation and are promoted to NPC status/classified as a nut-case.

This doesn't take into consideration Phobias as they are a different mental illness to psychoses and as such shouldn't be included.
