Corporal: SCL10 / 105c - 120c per month
Sergeant: SCL8 / 125c - 150c per month

2nd Lieutenant: SCL9 / 120c - 135c per month
Lieutenant: SCL7 / 150c - 175c per month
Captain: SCL5 / 200c - 250c per month

I don't really know the ranks above this but I'd guess that Commander Cradle is probably SCL 2f.

Additionally I'd think that any Shivers on duty are presumed to be at the SCL of their current commander. Hence Shivers on the Wall lead by a Captain could only be ordered around by Operatives of SCL 3 or higher (as in two numbers above their SCL), whereas a Sleeper Shiver unit led by a 2nd Lieutenant would have to follow an SCL 7 squad.
